We took over the interior design during the construction of the pre-sale project. As we can plan the layout freely, we accurately measure the spatial footage and set smooth flows to achieve the comfort and practical functions expected by the homeowner.

We take advantage of the layout transform stage to change the open direction of the entrance, ingeniously avoiding blocking the behind shoe cabinet. In addition, we substitute the solid kitchen wall with a floor-to-ceiling cabinet, which artfully possesses stow and handy features. Then, set up an open-patterned study at the rear of the living room, leaving sufficient blank space to meet the users' needs of relaxing, working, and playing. And opt for suitable furniture to fit the interior scale, successfully creating an agreeable homey space.

Since there's a young kid in the family, we basically set up storage cabinets without handles. And mount a dark gray magnetic baking glass on the entryway and dining area wall, which can serve as a dressing mirror, a message board, and a kid's graffiti area. Moreover, we elevate the master bedroom's floor to shape a broad sleeping area for the whole family and favorable for the parents to take care of their young child. We also set up a secondary bedroom for the kid to utilize in the future.

We adopt a low Chroma blackish-gray base tone and complement clean patterns and lines to definite each functional area, skillfully manifesting an understated, concise modern style, also favorable to arrange featured furnishings to show the unique character. Besides, we opt for homeowner's favored sheer blinds that can adjust brightness according to the mood and correspond to the plain interior design.
